Subscription Cancellations
If your purchase includes a subscription or recurring billing option, you must cancel your subscription at least 5 business days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged for that cycle.
Cancellation requests received fewer than 5 business days before the next scheduled billing date cannot be processed in time to stop the next charge. The cancellation will apply to the following billing cycle.
