Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time, free of charge, from your account or by emailing support@getcoresupps.com. Cancelling stops all future renewals.

Cancelling an order

Any order, including a subscription renewal, can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of being placed. Email us with your order number and we will cancel it and refund you in full.

After 24 hours the order has already been packed and shipped and we can no longer intercept it, so it cannot be cancelled. Once it arrives, our 120-day return policy applies.
