It runs snug, and that is deliberate. A strapless has nothing over your shoulders holding it up, so the band has to do all of the work. It should feel firm across your back for the first ten minutes, then disappear. If it feels loose enough to be comfortable straight away, it is too big and it will slide.
When to go one size up. If your underbust lands at the very top of a range, if you are fuller than your cup letter suggests, or if you simply prefer less compression, take the next size. A band that is too small rolls at the back and lets the cups sit away from your body.

This is the only question that matters with strapless. What do the two front buckles actually do? +
They set your cleavage, and you can change it in two seconds without taking anything off. Unclipped it is a soft natural shape. On the middle clip the cups pull in for a lifted rounded look. What if it is too tight and rolls at the back? +
That is the size being too small, not the bra failing, and it is fixable in one exchange. A band that is too small has nowhere to sit flat, so it folds and the cups lift away from your body. If that happens, go up one size and it sits flush. Message us and we will send the swap free.
Will it show under a tight top? +
No. The edges are smooth finished rather than stitched, so there is no seam ridge to print through, and the deep V cut keeps the centre panel low enough to hide under plunge and strappy necklines. Under thinner fabrics, nude under light colours and black under dark is still the safest pairing, same as any bra.
Can I wear it with straps, and how do I wash it? +
